Junior development and US college pathway
Turn your passion into opportunities with expert PGA instruction and modern Trackman technology. Designed for golfers aged 13–19, our structured pathway prepares junior athletes to compete at NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA levels and secure athletic scholarships.
Structured progression for every stage
Our pathway is not solely for elite players; we meet junior golfers wherever they currently are. Through clear benchmarks, tournament planning, and tailored performance plans, we help players unlock their collegiate potential.
Foundation stage (ages 13–14)
Assess potential, solidify fundamentals, improve scoring efficiency, and introduce junior golfers to tournament expectations and future US college criteria.
Development & prep (ages 15–16)
Build a competitive tournament schedule, optimize Trackman swing mechanics, and develop an impactful player recruitment profile.
Recruitment stage (ages 17–19)
Navigate active communication with college coaches, showcase tournament results, and finalize scholarship opportunities across divisions.
Proven college placements and international results
Our remote coaching model delivers real collegiate results. With 5 Division 1 signings in the last 12 months and 4 more committed for 2028, we successfully mentor international juniors from Scotland, England, Poland, and Spain.
Remote coaching with Trackman technology
Traditional golf academies require in-person attendance at a fixed site. CDG Academy pairs elite PGA coaching with state-of-the-art Trackman data remotely, allowing junior players to train at their home facilities while getting world-class technical and strategic oversight.
